Assume God exists,
and you make God an assumption.
Isn’t faith another word for
assumption?
And doesn’t assuming take logic
from point a to point c
(and subtracts point b)?
There is no 'therefore'.
I struggle at my age
to define God.
Assume God is a man,
so when we talk of Him
we can give him gender.
Doesn’t that make God human?
Assume he has no gender
and you’ve made more assumptions
about God.
It crosses my mind.
I don’t know why.
There are no atheists in foxholes
But, there is no God there either.
